However, his team only collected one game, before South Carolina returned with a pair of runs in the fifth, sending Keystone into the elimination bracket after losing 2-1. Cole Shearer scored the only game for Florida.

Sylacauga will be looking for his first championship title, having mercy on Nolensville (TN) on Thursday. The Alabama team hasn’t even been able to get a starting player, and both things will have to change if they are to keep their season alive.

Durham looked comfortable on Thursday, when JonLuke Harper scored a three-way home run in the fifth that put it ahead of South Riding (VA). However, Virginia quickly tied her up in the bottom half of the frame, before posting a winning streak at the bottom of the sixth to win 4-3. Harper finished the match with a 2-3 lead on the board.

Taylors (SC) vs. Nollensville (Tennessee)

Nolensville played a perfect match against Sylacauga (AL) on Thursday. After jumping ahead 3-0 in the second inning, Tennessee kept the pedal for the medal, just enough to come out with an 11-0 victory, Referee of Mercy. The reason for closing was thanks to excellent shooting from William Satinoff and Josiah Porter. None of the bowlers allowed a primary attacker, and Porter hit all nine hits he faced. Lynne Dever led the attack, going 2-3 with a pair of RBIs.

It looked as though Taylors would face no attack on Thursday against Keystone (Florida), trailing 1-0 and heading into fifth. However, they rallied with RBIs from Cash Conner and Chase Hendrix, and scored Brooks Blanchard and Soup White, helping South Carolina to a 2-1 win.

Harris County (Georgia) vs South Riding (Virginia)

South Riding had to play scrappy in order to get Durham (NC) on Thursday. Virginia ended up with only two strokes in the game, and despite leaping ahead 2-0, Durham quickly advanced in the fifth inning with a hat-trick. However, South Riding tied the game, before a mistake allowed Will Berry to score the win at the bottom of sixth to give Virginia a 4-3 win.
